contract. I wrote her up to the owner of the company.

The war began from that day forward between Sara and me. We

were in our third year of the contract. Still reeling from my $13,000

salary cut, pushed me to establish Centralize Government Solutions,
LLC (CGS). I had chosen Jerome as my partner because I felt I would
need a male partner. I knew there would be doors a female could not

enter.

I informed Sara and the owner that I had started my own
business. They both gave me the look as though it was cute, you are

starting your own business. As we continued to work on the contract
Sara continued with Susan’s plan to get rid of black managers and

replace them with white females. The last straw for me was when Sara
hired Jane and made her the head of the Publication Department

making $15,000 more than me and she expected to bill her time to my
contract. I was quite upset, and I began to scheme.

I contacted my client and told him what Sara was trying to do,
that she was trying to hire these high salary positions and bill their time

to his contract. I begged him to write us up, addressing who had

permitted them to bill Jane and Steve's time to his contract and he
requested an immediate response. I was standing by the fax, when the
letter came in. I was so excited and laughing because I felt I had gotten

them for a change. I was laughing so hard, I had to pull myself together

to act mad when I presented the letter to Sara. I could have won an
