CCFA successfully finished the first group mentorship event on February 25, 2021. The event, which attracted up to 100 in attendance with four CCFA
board members acting as our group mentors, was divided into two sessions: panel discussion and group mentorship. We had Fei Ye, a Senior Manager
of the Model Validations from BMO, and Michael Lu, a Business Development Manager from RBC GAM, as the moderators for the panel discussion
while Wei Hong, a Senior Manager from BMO, and Chao Zhuang, a Model Validation Consultant from BMO, moderated the group mentorship session.
The whole event was hosted by Yicent Chen, VP of Trading Analytics from BMO Capital Markets.

The article was prepared based on the event video recordings by CCFA professional development volunteers, Yue Wu and Gracie Huang,. Chinese
translation was done by another CCFA professional development volunteer, Alex Zhou.
