Fei: We will cover four areas today: career path choices, skill development, career advancement, and networking.
Let's begin with career path choices. As you know, the financial industry is very broad and encompasses a wide range of businesses and activities. There
are countless opportunities around, which may be overwhelming for those who just come out of schools or are considering a career change into the
industry. So, I would like to ask the panelists to share advice on how to decide one's career path and how you approached making these choices. I'll
begin by asking Daju to share his insight.
Daju: When you consider your career paths, you have to look at some key factors, firstly the passion and interest, you really have to follow your heart.
You can do well if your passion and interest are aligned. Second, look at the industry trend to see where the industry is going. Next, is your knowledge
and education background, which would be the basis you need to leverage to get your career started.

And finally, I think your career path can be evolving as well, you have to start somewhere and you may not necessarily be married with your first choice
for the rest of your life.

Fei: 非常感谢。现在，让我们问问 Ti。请问你对此有何看法？

Ti: 谢谢你。我同意 Daju 的说法。首先，你必须确保自己喜欢这份工作，做自己想做的事。其次是展现你的技能并体现你的优势所在。

Fei: Thank you very much. Now, let me switch to Ti. What's your view on this?
Ti: Thank you. I agree with what Daju said. First, you have to make sure that you love this job, you will be doing what you like to. Second is leverage
the area you have been trained for. You must be able to maximize your training and be able to show your strength easily. And the third is that you should
enjoy your job. When you talk with others, you may realize that the job you chose is a decent one, which will encourage you to continue putting in
enough investments for continued learning and advancement

Fei: 所以工作中的热情一定是非常重要的。但是有时候，如果不做这份工作，我们又怎么会知道是否喜欢这份工作呢？Houben 和
Dianna 也许可以谈谈你们的看法？

Houben: 我可以分享我在过去几年中的一些观察和经验。我也强调兴趣。如果你发现自己对金融业的兴趣就像青少年在白天或晚上，
工作日或周末玩电子游戏一样，那么你应该选择金融业。

其次是热情和态度。在工作中，无论你是否喜欢分给自己的工作，你都必须表现出协作和积极态度。无论如何，你都要有一种与他人
合作的积极的态度，当其他人遇到挑战或需要帮助时，如果你伸出援助之手，他们会很感激你的帮助，同样下次当你也需要帮助时，
自然也有人会向你提供帮助。

Fei: So, passion is definitely an important factor. But sometimes without doing the job, how can someone know whether he or she enjoys it. Maybe
Houben and Dianna can shed some light on that?

Houben: I can share some of my observations and experience from the past years. I will also emphasize on the interest. If you find your interest in the
financial industry is similar to teenagers playing video games, from day to night, weekdays and weekends, you should consider join the field. Second,
the passion and the attitude. In the working environment, you have to show collaboration and positive attitude towards anything you are faced with, no
matter whether you enjoy the work allocated to you or you feel overwhelmed. You have to have a really positive attitude and be collaborative with others
regardless. When others have challenges or need help, if you offer your hand to help, they will appreciate it and they will return to you in time of need.
