Fei: Thank you very much. So, let's say we found something we are really interested in. And then we will need the skills. Now let's talk about the skill
development, how should one identify and acquire the skills necessary for jobs in finance? Maybe we can start with Dianna.
Dianna: Regarding career paths, one thing is that you'll need to have is patience and devote to whatever job you're going to choose. Second, actively
seeking opportunities that are aligned with the industry development trend, thinking about how these areas are actually evolving.
And then, think about the skill sets that will be required in those areas. The process will guide your career progress. If your skill sets are aligned with
industry needs, then you will have more career development opportunities and you can grow together with the industry.
Fei: 让我们谈谈趋势。导师们是否看到任何可能在短期或长期释放大量机会的趋势？也许我们可以回到 Ti。

Fei: Let’s talk about the trends. Do you see any trends that may unleash a lot of opportunities in the short or long term? Maybe we can get back to Ti.

Ti: Currently, I think machine learning and artificial intelligence have become kind of buzzwords for everybody. New technology is increasingly applied
in investment and risk management. I think that this is a trend to be obsvered. And now more students are taking that kind of training properly. When
you open any resume today, almost everybody lists Python on it. We know that they pay attention to that direction.
Second thing is that you have to learn new concepts and understand the relationships between your work and everybody else’s. That is, you need to
develop a sense where the industry is moving to and you should pay attention and train yourself to follow the trend, or even participate in the related
projects. That means you need to follow your intuition and understand which direction the industry will be in the next three, five years or even longer.

A lot of people take different kinds of certificate training. Which will help you to always stay in high demand or “employable” position. You won’t want
to have a lifetime job at one place. If you can keep your skill sets very sharp, then you can guarantee that you are employable at any time.

Fei: 学习永远是一个持续的过程。我们不能停止学习。这实际上是一个习惯。也许我可以请小组成员分享你们的一些学习习惯，更重
要的是，你们如何保持这种习惯，我们可以从 Daju 开始。

Fei: Learning is always a continuous process. We can’t stop learning. It’s a habit actually. Maybe I can ask the panelists to share some of their learning
habits, and more importantly, how they keep the habits going. We can start with Daju.
Daju: Indeed. It is inadequate if you rely on the amount of knowledge that you are acquired the past, as the industry is evolving very fast. This really
requires you to take learning as a lifelong journey.
In terms of habit, I think you need to put every piece of time in use, whether you chose to read something informative or jot down your thoughts using
your smartphone, thinking and developing ideas you may have in your mind in a consistent and persistent manner. You do that day in and day out on a
continued basis and your knowledge and experience will accumulate well.
