HEALTH OFFICE STUDENT GUIDELINES

MEDICAL COVERAGE

The School Nurse can only attend to medical needs during the “Student School Day” as defined below. Follow
the guidelines on the protocol at various times of the day.

7:00 a.m. – Start of Student School Day
Preschool – Kindergarten 7:00 – 8:20 a.m.
Grades 1 – 5 7:00 – 8:10 a.m.
Grades 6 – 8 7:00 – 7:55 a.m.

1. Present caregiver for minor care.
2. Before School Care Staff, Grades PS-5, for minor care.
3. Study Hall Proctor, Grades 6 – 8, for minor care.
4. Patty DePasquale, the school nurse, if on campus, is available in the case of an emergency.
5. In an emergency, if Patty DePasquale, the school nurse, is not on campus, call 911.

Student School Day
Preschool and ½ day JK: 8:20 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Full Day JK – K: 8:20 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. M – Th; 2:00 p.m. Fri.
Grades 1 – 5: 8:10 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. M – Th; 2:00 p.m. Fri.
Grades 6 – 8: 7:55 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. M – Th; 2:00 p.m. Fri.
