               One time we had a customer say “I'm not paying for sales training. If I trained all
               my people and make them better and more skillful, they are likely to leave and get
               other jobs.”

               To which I replied “And if you don't you'll have a bunch of untrained, unskilled
               workers staying with you”?





































               Remember in Chapter 4 when we discussed the power of Exponential Growth?

               One of the key concepts is the power that Incremental Improvement Leads to
               Exponential Growth.  Consider the three scenarios above:
