directives, and the Institution’s Strategic Plan;
(l) Provides leadership to foster teamwork and unite divisions in an environment of
collaboration; and
(m) Mentor members of division and those of broad oversight to bring about positive change
and innovation.
IV. The EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE OF IMMACULADA CONCEPCION COLLEGE of
SOLDIERS HILLS, INC.
A. The School President
The School President will act as the representative of the Board of Directors to the
Executive Management Committee in policy-making and government of the Institution.
Staff under the President’s Office
• Accounting Officer / Cashier
Under the supervision of the President in cooperation and collaboration with the Office of the
School Director, the school staff accountant/accounting clerk/ cashier maintains and monitors financial
records.
Duties and Responsibilities
a) Managing all cash transactions of ICC.
b) Maintaining daily account of the daily transaction.
c) Balancing the daily account at the end of each day.
d) Checking the daily cash balance.
e) Monitor/maintain financial records of tuition and miscellaneous fees, cafeteria funds, petty
cash, accounts receivable, bank deposits, and reconciliations.
f) Respond to inquiries regarding student accounts.
g) Making daily, weekly and monthly transaction reports
h) Operate office equipment and software to create/maintain correspondence, spreadsheets,
databases, and reports.
i) Prepare, process, file and maintain correspondence, records, reports, forms, and work orders.
j) Monitor/maintain inventory and place/receive/verify supplies and equipment orders.
k) Keep current by participating in job-related training and staff development.
l) Communicate positively and effectively, and interact as a collaborative and consultative team
member.
m) Maintain confidentiality.
n) Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
• Budget Officer
a) Initiates the preparation and update of policies and procedures on budgeting and submits
recommendations to the School Director and the President.
b) Conduct cost-benefit analysis in current and proposed programs and projects, capital budgets,
etc. as required to serve as references for management decision making.
