restitution.

▪ Property & Supplies Management Officer
Oversees the storage of supplies, materials and equipment of the school. They are usually in charge
of warehouses, storage rooms, tool rooms and stockrooms.
1) Receive new items and complete documentation to record the acquisition, including completing
paperwork, assigning an identification number and attaching any necessary tags or labels.
2) Responsible for the safe custody of school supplies and stationery materials.
3) Process item requests, fill out the appropriate forms and distribute the item/property. Keep records
of all borrowed items, including the date the item was removed and the date it should be returned.
4) Check-in borrowed property upon return and create reports of lost and damaged items. You also
must manage the return of equipment and other items when employees leave the company or
institution.
5) Conduct inventories of items and audit records to ensure accuracy. If you find discrepancies, you
must investigate the issue. Inventory duties may be performed weekly, monthly, quarterly or
annually.
6) Perform related duties as required.
▪ Facility Services Maintenance Supervisor
Under general direction, organizes, monitors, and supervises facility maintenance operations;
performs a variety of technical tasks relative to facility maintenance; provides technical assistance to any
department as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
1) Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and participate in the work of staff responsible for facility
maintenance.
2) Establish schedules and methods for providing facility maintenance services; identify resource
needs; review needs with appropriate management staff; allocate resources accordingly.
3) Participate in the development of goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures; make
recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards, policies, and procedures;
participate in the implementation of approved policies and procedures; monitor work activities to
ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
4) Monitor and control supplies and equipment; order supplies and tools as necessary; prepare
documents for equipment procurement; prepare specifications and contracts for contract services.
5) Train or coordinate training in facility maintenance and safety methods, procedures, and
techniques.
6) Develop and organize preventative maintenance and safety inspection programs for all facilities
and equipment.
7) Coordinate construction projects, remodels, and other special projects.
8) Perform the more technical and complex tasks of the work unit.
9) Answer questions and provide information to the public; investigate complaints and recommend
corrective action as necessary to resolve complaints.
10) Perform related duties as required.
