Efficiently coordinates and communicates between our Institution and government or non-
government entities, vendors and clients (i.e. operational requirements, resolve issues, processes and
documentation).
Duties and Responsibilities
1) Coordinates with the DepEd, CHED, TESDA, Bureau of Immigration, and/or LLDA for whatever
communications must be transmitted.
2) Transmits communication to and from ICC to DepEd Division Office, DepEd NCR, CHED, TESDA,
other Government Agencies and Cubao Office.
3) Keeps the confidentiality of communications transmitted and does not read or meddle with sealed
records and communications delivered.
4) Delivers reports and communications directly to persons concerned.
5) Coordinates and processes documents with Immigration Office regarding foreign students.
6) Perform such other tasks and assume such other responsibilities given from time to time, be
assigned to him by the school heads.
▪ Management Information System Officer
Responsibility is to support the day to day operation of the school Management Information
System (MIS). The role involves the coordination and management of academic management systems on
behalf of department head, teaching and support staff across the College.
Duties and Responsibilities
1) To configure and maintain standard reporting and analysis tools and templates.
2) Establish, maintain and continually improve the standard baseline MIS system configuration.
3) To put in place practices to ensure the data held on the MIS system is accurate and complete.
4) Set up and manage groups of permissions for MIS users, ensuring as far as possible that staff only
have access to information relevant for their jobs.
5) Co-ordinate the preparation and publishing of MIS user guides and best practice notes.
6) To develop an understanding of the curriculum structure for the College.
7) Support the production of reports and the analysis of data from the MIS.
8) To log and report any problems experienced by staff to support organizations.
9) Keeping the data as up to data as possible; working with the key MIS users.
10) Meets financial requirements by submitting information for budgets; monitoring expenses.
11) Develop data retention policy and put in place routines to ensure data is not held longer than
necessary and that the College is compliant with the requirements of the Data Protection Act.
12) Maintain confidentiality at all times in respect of school related matters and to prevent disclosure of
confidential sensitive information in line with data protection legislation.
o IT Technical Support Expert
Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the school. Install and
configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and
applications problems.
