5)  Provides  reading  materials  and  prepares  bulletin  board  postings  related  to  spiritual
                                 development of the Institutional constituents.
                             6)  Coordinates with community extension services staff with regards to the implementation of
                                 their  outreach  programs  and  other  activities  related  to  pastoral  affairs  and  spiritual
                                 development goals.
                             7)  Serves as adviser of students’ religious organizations inside and out the Institutions.
                             8)  Evaluates of spiritual formation activities that have been conducted year-round; prepares
                                 analysis and recommendations on the enhancement of the effectiveness of such activities.



           VIII.  The ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DEPARTMENT

                  Administrative Services Director

                         To  assist  the  School  Director  and  the  Executive  Vice  President  in  the  operations  and
                  strategic  planning  of  the  school  as  it  relates  to  resource  planning,  budget  planning  and
                  administration,  human  resource  utilization,  policy  administration,  and  coordination  and
                  negotiation of activities with other departments and administration.

                  Duties, Roles & Responsibilities
                  (a)  Oversees  human  resource  policies  and  practices  with  respect  to  recruiting,  appointments,
                      tenure  review,  compensation,  benefits,  performance  evaluations,  career  development,
                      promotions, and employee performance feedback

                  (b)  Review  and  recommend  appropriate  policies,  administrative  regulations,  and  administrative
                      practices for the areas served

                  (c)  Identifies and adheres to appropriate internal controls for department and reporting structure;
                      provides mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance

                  (d)  Participates in departmental strategic planning ensuring that the developed goals align with
                      the organization’s goals and contribute toward school growth

                  (e)  Coordinates  with  other  department  administrators  and  department  heads  to  ensure  a
                      cooperative effort in department/center operations and faculty recruitments

                  (f)  Plans  for  renovation,  relocation,  and  other  activities  related  to  physical  facilities  for  the
                      departments
