(c) Provides leadership, analysis and advice in relation to policies and procedures regarding
students and services for students, including risk management.
(d) Plans, organizes, directs, and administers activities and services that support students in
assigned areas, and ensures that such activities and services remain with budgetary limits.
(e) Develops, implements, monitors, and reviews tactical and operational plans, procedures,
systems and support in accordance with the Institution’s strategic goals, policies, procedures
and regulatory requirements.
(f) Works with other coordinators and supervisors to ensure that applicable services and programs
are planned, developed, regularly reviewed and updated, ensuring quality standards for
program review.
(g) Addresses complaints and conducts investigations as required.
(h) Maintains knowledge of and ensures compliance with the collective agreements and working
conditions in effect at the school.
(i) Performs other related duties as required.
▪ Student Activity Coordinator
Responsible for the overall co-curricular program of the school, including but not limited to athletic
and non-athletic activities. Provide resources to the organizations and coordinate their activities to ensure
that a well-rounded program is offered to the student body. Develop and manage student activities
program designed to promote student growth and development and to successfully retain students.
Duties and Responsibilities
1) Organize, coordinate and supervise various educational, recreational, social and cultural
student events.
2) Assist student government, student clubs and their sponsors in organizing campus activities.
3) Participate in the development of marketing strategies to promote campus activities and
services to maximize student involvement.
4) Plan, organize, and implement an intramural program that encourages participation of both
genders.
5) Work with faculty to develop services and learning activities designed to encourage good
citizenship and support instructional programs.
6) Offer useful, tactful, and safe advice to individuals regarding their program and/or use of
equipment.
7) Perform assigned responsibilities, duties, and tasks according to established practices,
procedures, techniques, and standards in a safe manner and with minimal supervision.
8) Performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
▪ Sports and Athletics Coordinator
The primary function of the Sports an Athletics Coordinator is to manage and oversee the
Institution’s interscholastic athletic program.
Duties and Responsibilities
1) Participates in the planning, organizing, and controlling of the operation and activities related
to sports, athletics, physical education and overall well-being of students in coordination with
relevant counterpart officers in the academic sector; implements the policies, procedures,
programs, and activities of the Athletics Office.
