9.  Coordinates  for  major  repairs on  vehicles  by  external  service  providers  on  the
                                 basis of results of price canvass and superior’s approval; checks whether repairs undertaken
                                 meet specifications upon service completion.
                                        10. Cleans and maintains automotive tools and equipment to ensure that they are
                                 in good working condition.
                                        11.  Subjects  the  vehicle  to  required  emission  testing  and  other  requirements  ad
                                 undertakes  the  renewal  of  vehicle  registration;  assists  in  the  renewal  of  automotive
                                 insurance coverage.
                                        12. Performs messengerial services using the official vehicle of the Institution for
                                 the  delivery  and  pick  up  of  documents,  packages,  and  the  like  to  /  from  addresses  and
                                 destinations on instances requiring special handling and / or expenditious action.
                                        13.  Assists  in  administrative  and  general  services  functions  when not  engaged  in
                                 driving.

                      ▪   Marketing and Promotion Officer

                         To execute all aspects of the marketing, PR and communications requirements of the School. This
                  will include assisting in the planning and delivery of an annual marketing plan together with co-ordination
                  of marketing activities.

                  Duties and Responsibilities
                      1)  To assist the school as guardians of the school’s visual and PR image.
                      2)  To develop and deliver an annual marketing plan (and associated budget) for the School, and to
                         manage expenditure within the budget limits set.
                      3)  To  deliver  marketing  campaigns  which  target  the  recruitment  of pupils  and students  in  targeted
                         numbers  of  targeted  ages  to  the  school  by  raising  substantially  the  profile  of  Immaculada
                         Concepcion College in North Caloocan City and the local area through advertising, events, personal
                         contact, and other means as appropriate.
                      4)  To  liaise  with  key  personnel  at  the  School,  both  Prep  and  Senior  to  achieve  effective  media
                         coverage,  including  writing  press  releases,  arranging  photo  opportunities  and  ensuring  that  the
                         School website is updated with the same.
                      5)  To assist in the formulation of the annual Advertising Plan, and in the placement of advertising, for
                         the School.
                      6)  To maintain and curate the stock of photographs and videos of the School for its promotion and
                         PR.
                      7)  To  keep  abreast of  initiatives  which  are  being  developed by  competitor schools,  proposing  new
                         initiatives in response to the changing PR/marketing landscape.
                      8)  To  be  responsible  for  the  review  of  content  of  the  website,  assist  with  the  production  and
                         interpretation of statistics regarding website performance in conjunction with other team members
                         as required.
                      9)  To assist in the use of Social Media for the promotion of the School.
                      10)  To prepare for any in-house exhibitions or external events to promote the School.
                      11)  To assist in the review of the effectiveness of marketing materials at the School, procurement of the
                         same.
                      12)  To be responsible for the design and procurement of signs, banners, and displays.
                      13)  Other duties as assigned.
