▪ Human Resource Development & Management Officer
Under the Administrative Services Director, the HRDM Officer provides administrative and academic
support in matters regarding personnel, policy development and documentation, performance
management, employee relations, employee services and counselling. These functions are performed in
accordance with the mission, core values, and purposes of the institution.
Duties and Responsibilities
1) Initiates the formulation of policies and procedures related to human resource management,
secures approval of superior officers on such matters, and implements them among organizational
officers and employees; interprets such policies and procedures when officers and employees of
other departments so require.
2) Undertakes studies and recommends policies and programs regarding wages and salaries, benefits,
rewards, and incentives.
3) Monitors the implementation of policies and procedures relating to employee discipline
coordinates investigations on reported infractions ensures the implementation of disciplinary action
on violations by employees as warranted.
4) Oversees the maintenance and update of employees’ records; issues certifications on employment-
related matters as requested.
5) Secures updates on existing and new legislation and administrative issuances related to
employment to serve as references for human resource administration activities; provides copies to
all relevant officers and employees.
6) Assists in disseminating information to officers and employees on human resource administration
policies and procedures.
7) Conducts initial screening of applicants’ credentials based on submitted resumes and determines
their compliance with basic qualification standards.
8) Performs background checks and/or reference check on all prospective applicants.
9) Participates in the orientation program for new employees by discussing basic rules and regulations
related to employment with the Institution.
10) Provides administrative support to management relative to disciplinary action against employees
by way of the notification of those involved in the grievance machinery procedure about hearing
schedules, documentation of hearing proceedings, and serving of the decision to the employee
concerned.
11) Receives employees’ written grievances / complaints against their colleagues and superiors; assists
in informing persons concerned of schedules and venues of formal hearings and provides
administrative assistance in the course of the formal investigation and disposition of the case.
12) Coordinates the implementation of the performance management and appraisal system of the
organization.
13) Coordinates the administration of employee awards and recognition programs.
14) Other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
o SchoolKeeper
Cleans the buildings, equipment, and furnishings of the school. As a schoolKeeper,
the responsibilities include ensuring the common areas, offices, and classrooms are clean.
He/she also maintain the cleaning equipment and ensure everything needed for cleaning
the school is stocked and ready. Depending on your qualifications, you may have
additional maintenance duties. Your job is to work with other members of the cleaning or
