• If any of the cables or wires are not fully inserted or secured, fasten them properly and
then check to see if the problem still exists.

• If any of the cables are damaged, contact Iris Power LP Technical Support for
replacement cables. Once replaced, check to see if the problem still exists.

• If there is not any apparent problem, but the Front Panel indicators are still not working,
contact Iris Power LP Technical Support for assistance.
