percakapan host dengan tamu yang datang ke
restoran tanpa reservasi sebelumnya. Berhubung
pada saat itu seluruh tempat di restoran telah penuh,
host tidak dapat mengijinkan tamu tersebut untuk
masuk dan duduk di restoran. Host kemudian
menjelaskan bahwa tidak tersedia lagi tempat di
