AN ADMINISTnATIVE REGULATION
PURSUANT TO SECTION 4-5-B OF THE PERSONNEL RULES
PERTAINING TO CALLBACK PAY

Section 1. Eliaibility .
All regular employees not formally exempted from overtime pay by
administrative regulation are eligible for callback pay.
Section 2. computation.

Pursuant to Section 4-5-B of the Personnel Rules there is a two-hour
minimum at the overtime rate on all callback pay, This two hour minimum
is only applied to the first callout assignment in every time period
shown in AR-90-6 . . For example, if an employee is called out at 8:00 p.m.
on a weeknight to perform a duty that takes 20 minutes , he receives 2
hours pay at the overtime rate. If that employee is called out later
that evening at io:JO p.m. for a job that takes 1 hour ha is only paid 1
hour at the overtime rate since he bas already received the two hour
minimum for that time period.
