SECTION 6. Record keeping
In addition to the basic information and data required by the Fair
Labor standards Act, records must be kept on the following:
A. The number of hours of compensatory time earned each workweek
or other applicable work period, by each employee at the rate
of time-and-one-half for each overtime hour worked;
B. The number of hours of compensatory time used each workweek·,
or other applicable work period, by each 8lllployee;
C. The number of hours of compensatory time compensated in cash,
the totai amount paid, and the date o! paYIJlent; and
D. Any agreelnent or written understanding or agreement with
respect to earning or using compensatory time.
SECTION 7. Grievability
Employee~ are hereby notified that any inconsistency in the
application of this administrative regulation is subject to the
grievance procedure as outlined in the Personnel Rules at Sections
25A-l -1 through 25A-10- 5.
