11.3.2 AC Power for SS-7821
Because there is no auto voltage switch On AC power in, make sure the voltage setting
is correct before plugging in AC power. (If the setting is wrong, remove the cover and
jump the setting wire to correct connector)
Check Fuse if scope unable to power on.
