Synthesis - Complete Findings & Conclusion

The literature review enabled me to understand that air

travellers face stressors in different stages of air travel

and that the current solutions do not adequately cater

to the user needs.

Through extensive literature review and competitive

analysis, I developed a thorough understanding of the

psychological and emotional factors that affect

travellers during air travel and the different interaction

points that exist. By understanding and onboarding

myself on how current solutions are catering to the

problem I was ready to gain a deeper insight into the

user needs and goals. This would then inform my

design decisions using which I ideated possible

solutions to improve air travel interactions for

inexperienced travellers.
