Conntacts

The ttop line on all pages providdes navigation between yoour key features, and is alwways visible. Below that, to the right
are aa number of fixed components

 Phone Nuumber Indicattor, which remminds you whhich phone nuumber you arre accessing.
 Logouut button, which you can uuse when you have finishedd.
 Refressh button, whhich updates the page withh recent phonne and messaage activity.

 Help bbutton, whichh brings up the online help window.

Conttact List

The ccontact list allows you to sstore information about yoour telephonee contacts. Addding your coontacts to this s list makes
other features eassier to use. Foor example:

 when youu receive a call, if the callerr is configuredd in your contact list then instead of seeeing their tellephone
number inn your call hisstory, you will see their name.

 when connfiguring serviices such as rejecting calleers, you can seelect people ffrom your contact list to rreject calls
from insteead of needinng to enter thheir phone numbers explicitly.

Each contact list eentry may conntain:
 first and last names
 nicknamee
 job title, aand organizattion
 home, woork, mobile, faax and other telephone nuumbers
 two email addresses
 an SMS adddress
 home andd work postal addresses

When multiple telephone nummbers are conffigured, one nnumber can bbe identified as the main ((or default) number.
Similarly one of thhe email addrresses can be marked as thhe main one.

Your contact list mmay also conttain groups, wwhich make itt easy to grouup together inndividual conttacts whom yyou wish to
referr to all at oncee. Groups maay also be nessted within otther groups.

Viewwing the details of a group shows which contacts andd groups are mmembers of it, and viewing the details of a contact
showws which grouups it is a memmber of.

The ccontact list interface consists of two columns:

 the contacts and groupps column whhich lists yourr contacts andd groups in allphabetical orrder

 the detaills column useed for viewingg the details oof a single conntact entry orr group, for adding new coontacts or
groups, or for editing eexisting ones.
