BEGINNING OF THE GIANT DEMOLITION

The whole team of concerned officers and
staff were categorically picked up by Director
level monitoring committee and the process
of initiation and entrustment of duties and
responsibility at different levels began. With
such planning, every individual involved in
the assignment clearly knew his role
throughout the work until completion. As the
team was not so big, multiple responsibilities
were assigned to almost every individual and
one of the factors in this success story was
that no responsibility of an individual
overlapped despite having tremendous
pressure of work and it was carried out by
every officer personally from the start to the
end of the assignment.
