PREPARATIONS: 20 DAY PLAN TO 15 DAY EXECUTION

The total outline planning of work started 50 days before the actual commencement
in the office corridors of top management officials of Nagpur Metro Rail Corporation
Limited (NMRCL). There were series of meetings at different levels- inter and intra
NMRCL so as to resolve some very typical issues such as Traffic Diversion, freezing
the Work Methodology, permission of working at night, support of local Municipal
Corporation and other related agencies. In the lines of decisions of top
management, middle level working committee meetings was chaired by the Chief
Project Manager of the work and minute detailing and tuning up of all decisions and
practical implementations was continuously deliberated for hours to gear up the
work.
