                  A fully dedicated execution team of M/s Matte and Associates was told to
                  concentrate in the work methodology and execution with their team of very

                  Four tier of Monitoring system was made wherein at first level Matte and
                  Associates were engaged, at second level M/s NCC was involved and at third
                  level GC was involved for looking after the works. The overall responsibility

                  lied with NMRCL and all the plans and every single detailing of work was
                  closely monitored by NMRCL.


                  Traffic diversions was carried out under the complete supervision of
                  Competent NMRCL officers having rich experience of work in Police
                  departments of Maharashtra. M/s NCC had a role to immediately comply

                  every decision of NMRCL or Joint decision of NMRCL and Traffic Police officers
                  without a delay of minute.


                  Not only in day, but in night also very senior officers of NMRCL, GC to NMRCL,
                  M/s NCC and Matte & Associates was particularly engaged on rosters so as to
            4.
                  utilise every single minute and also to avoid any compromises with safety.


                  NMRCL instead of getting away from public for carrying out this tensed
                  assignment, it welcomed the masses by unique involvement public
                  participation and gave the whole environment a festive look. NMRCL also
            5.    utilised this demolition event for showcasing of its whole project to
                  Nagpurians which is perhaps very unique approach of working for any
                  department in this country.


                  The motivation of team was on seventh cloud. Continuous mentoring of every
                  engaged individuals before the work execution and during the job was one of
                  major key factor to success. Personal attention to every engaged staff to

                  smoothen their working conditions in this tensed scenario was another factor
                  that every individual got motivated.


                  Media management led by senior officers of NMRCL and IT support
            7.    throughout the assignment contributed tremendously for smooth and hiccup
                  free execution of assignment.
