                   •  Chlorine Gas Scrubber System (KT2 WTP) which can be activated by the leak
                       detection system automatically or manually by the operator
                   •  Plant personnel are provided with the necessary PPEs such as Self-
                       Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) and escape gas masks for them to
                       enter potentially hazardous environment for locating Chlorine leaks or repairs;
                   •  Firefighting system – CO2 portable extinguisher is made available inside the
                       Chlorine cylinders / drums storage and in the Electrical Switch Board Room;
                   •  Emergency showers and  eye wash stations are available where chemicals
                       are being handled;
                   •  A windsock is hung high up to determine wind direction; and
                   •  Assembly Point – designated primary and secondary assembly point.


               C.2.2.6 Amenities and Personal hygiene

               Designated washing facilities and clean rooms for workers to have meal breaks are
               provided. The cleaning and welfare provision is made by the management through
               the approved contract service. As part of house rules, at any time, the workers are
               not allowed to eat, drink or smoking at the working area, especially in the chemical
               storage area.

               C.2.2.7 First Aid Facilities

               The provision of first  aid facilities and services  are required as per Emergency
               Response Plan. Assigned employees act as a first aider who was given training from
               the relevant agencies. Among the first aid facilities are as follows:

                   •  First Aid Box (bandage, sterile eye pad, etc)
                   •  First Aid Equipment (eye-wash facilities, etc)
                   •  First Aid Room (located in the administration building)

               C.2.3 Operations Control Procedure

               Established operational control procedures covering normal operation, start-
               up and shutdown as well as non-routine operations

               All personnel on-site are  committed and  bound  to the OSH  Policy. Employees,
               contractors, and visitors are to adhere to the OSH rules, policy and work instruction
               during the plant operation.
