reports have no importance in a district office.

This list can be added to when other papers come to the notice of the Collector, which
like the above are papers which should never have been marked A, or are superseded
by more recent orders on the same subject, or do not at all concern the district in which
they are kept. Additions made should be reported to the Board for information.
