2.6 Counter Doors

Where present, the door from customer waiting
area into kitchen must be:
• Solid core
• Laminated to both faces with a plain white
finish on the staff side and balance laminate
on the customer side
• Contain a vision panel
• Installed using 1 ½ hinge sets
• Have a s/s or satin anodised aluminium pull
handle and push plate
• Have 150mm s/s kick plate to customer
facing side only
• Door frame and prefinished powder coated
metal architraves are to be sourced from
Paradigm for counter and customer toilet
door.
