                                      ABSTRACT

as an essential requirement for this study. Preliminary findings confirm that
using OPRPLC report showed a very positive impact on school administrators
and teachers. There is urgency in the necessity for teachers and administrators
to be aware of their involvement in PLC practice. The study’s findings also
suggest the importance of administrative support and guidance throughout
the PLC process in order to maximize the potential benefits of PLCs .In today’s
global academic environment the involvement of PLC among teachers and
administrators are highly demanded. Nevertheless OPRPLC is a relevant tool
to conduct PLC shows tremendous improvement. In order to ensure that PLCs
lead to impactful teacher collaboration, it is important to understand the
factors hindering their success. Understanding the context of the introduction
of PLCs in school may prove valuable. Teachers’ strongly felt that engaging in
a PLC will improve the quality of teaching and student learning in schools.
On the researcher perspective of view teachers and administrators respond
very well when they consider they have a simpler tool for PLCs. These findings
suggest a requirement for improvement not only in the implementation
of PLC in school but in other academic field required. The researcher initial
reaction is to see the needs of teachers’ in the development of PLC being
