ABSTRACT In this era of globalization, there are many technologies that rapidly growing such
as online and open learning, Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) and online notes. This
become popular because of the technology itself that help students learns better through
increasing their engagement in educational process. Besides, technology also helps to make
teaching and learning more meaningful and fun. To cope with the needs of the next generation in
the future, the rise of education has to become priority for us to achieve the standards like the
other country that already achieved that. Therefore, in order to achieve the standards like other
country, the level of teaching at the higher education needs to be improved. There are many ways
to improve that, one of the improvement can be made are by creating online notes. The online
notes are the medium that widely used not only at the institution level but also at secondary level
as well. The notes that are interesting, easy to understand and interactive will make students
become attractive and fun to learns. The use of online notes will make their use becoming more
effective and used at anywhere and anytime. The development of Online Notes Design using the
iBooks Author – iNoteSSK was created to provide the new improvement in today educational
world. The development of the online note design has been using the iBooks Author software and
using the ADDIE model as the methodology. This study will also show how the online notes
operation and the testing process have been conducted by using pilot test with 8 respondents.
These projects were created to make the online note become easy and give benefits to others.
