       variables.
               The following interpretations and analysis of results are utilized in order to come up
       with conclusions. The study implied that the principals of Urdaneta City Division are dominated
       by females who belong to the age group of 51 years old and above. The study also revealed

       length of service, educational attainment, number of teachers supervised and level of trainings
       attended by principals are found to have significant difference in terms of the performance
       domains for leadership competence. The study also found out that there is significant relationship
       of the following profile variables namely age, length of service as principal, eligibility, number of
       teachers supervised, training attendance and highest educational attainment to the performance
       domains of leadership competence for principals.
               The study concluded that the principals are very competent in manning their school
       with regards to the seven domains such as a) school leadership; b) instructional leadership;
       c) student-centered learning climate; d) human resource management and professional
       development; e) parental involvement and community partnership; f) school management
       and operation; and g) personal and professional attributes and interpersonal effectiveness. The
       researcher strongly recommends further that study shall be conducted in relation to the skills
       assessment for the principals or school heads based on the validated NCBSSH in order to prove
       further the reliability and accuracy of the results. It was also recommended to use the Consensus
       Qualitative Results (CQR) method of researching for further related studies.
