Sir,
I have the honour to forward for your
infb nation the Bui get for the State of Bahrain
for the year 1355 and a report,on the revenue
and expenditure during 1354. This is the
eleventh Budget which I have had the honour to

present. The annual report on the adminis­
tration of Bahrain which normally accompanies
the Budget is not yet complete. It will be
forwarded at a later date. The Administration

Report is written almost entirely by myself and
owing to jressure of work I have not been able
to finish it.
2. The Budget. The expenditure shown
in the Budget represents the recurrent expendi­

ture neoessary for the normal protection,
