Tables must be set with care and the greatest attention to detail.
Breakfast & lunch setting
Tables will be set with 2 menus facing
away from the banquette or window.
This is so guests approaching the table
can peruse the menu with ease.
One sugar pot will be placed on each
table, above the menu as shown.
