Aperitivo setting
The bar area will be set for Aperitivo.
Take away coffee cups will be removed.
Candles will be lit.
Lighting will be adjusted to create the right ambiance.
Aperitivo menus and candles will be placed on tables.
End of day pack down setting
At the end of the day tables will be left
clean and chairs turned upside down and
placed neatly and carefully on the tables.
Notification that the chairs and tables
are for the exclusive use of Marchetti
customers is to be placed in the centre of
the table.
