The cabinet must be kept spotless and displayed to encourage sales. It must
always look plentiful, fresh and enticing.

Glass window on display cabinet must kept clean and streak free.

Baguettes, sandwiches, rolls and paninis must be displayed in an orderly and
attractive manner and wrapped neatly so that the colours of the filling may be
seen.

All labels should be clean and placed in front of the food item.

Drinks should be in perfectly straight rows with the labels facing forward. Drinks
are to be fully stocked and always pushed forward to the front of the display

fridge.

The light should be on during service and the screen pulled down after service
and when the cabinet is no longer in use.
