        It is imperative that the counter top display is styled for maximum visual appeal.






        All cake slices should be positioned on an angle so guests entering the venue
        can see the sides of the slice.

        Cannoli should also be on an angle.

        Croissants should be placed with the crescent on an angle.

        All rows should be perfectly aligned and symmetrical. Items must always be
        taken from the back fi rst.

        Labels should be facing forward and placed behind the fi rst item. Ensure labels
        are always clean and wipe regularly throughout the service.

        Items should be placed on Marchetti paper underlay.
