1. Ensure that you are using the correct Device Name. You are using the
correct Device Name.

address window. If this solves the problem, go to “Final
Actions” on page 2-7. Otherwise, go to step 2.
2. Notify the facility’s Information Systems personnel to verify that Netbios
Name Lookup over TCP/IP is enabled in your Internet browser’s options.
