                   2.35 Browsing by Using the IP Address Works, but Browsing by
                          Using the Device Name Does Not


                                 1. Ensure that you are using the correct Device Name. You are using the
                                     correct Device Name.

                                     Yes   No
                                      ↓     → Type the correct Device Name in your Internet browser’s
                                                address window. If this solves the problem, go to “Final
                                                Actions” on page 2-7. Otherwise, go to step 2.

                                 2. Notify the facility’s Information Systems personnel to verify that Netbios
                                     Name Lookup over TCP/IP is enabled in your Internet browser’s options.
                                     Netbios Name Lookup is enabled over TCP/IP.

                                     Yes   No
                                      ↓     → Enable Netbios Name Lookup over TCP/IP in your Internet
                                                browser’s options. If this solves the problem, go to “Final
                                                Actions” on page 2-7. Otherwise, go to step 3.

                                 3. Verify that “Client for Microsoft®  Networks” is installed on your
                                     computer. “Client for Microsoft® Networks” is installed.
                                     Yes   No
                                      ↓     → Install “Client for Microsoft® Networks.” If this solves the
                                                problem, go to “Final Actions” on page 2-7. Otherwise, go to
                                                step 4.
