3.20 Access to Personnel Files
Employee personnel files are treated confidentially. If you wish to review your own file, you should contact E3’s
Human Resources Manager. With reasonable advance notice, you may review your own personnel file in the
presence of an individual appointed by the Company to maintain the file. Access to personnel files is restricted only
to authorized individuals within The Company.

You may not add anything or remove anything from your personnel file. You may take notes while reviewing your
own file, however, you may not write notes on anything in the personnel file. Photocopying of any documents in the
personnel file is not permitted unless otherwise required by applicable law.

               3.21 Driver Safety
E3 recognizes that our employees are our most valuable asset and the most important contributors to our continued
growth and success. Our goal is to ensure we do everything possible to prevent workplace accidents and are
committed to providing a safe working environment for all employees.

Motor vehicle accidents are the leading cause of work-related fatalities. The environment in which these accidents
occur involves numerous complex factors, many uncontrollable. The purpose of E3’s Driver Safety policy is to provide
the means to reduce such factors to eliminate unnecessary injuries and fatal circumstances.

To further this goal, we have developed a Driver Safety Policy SOP. If you are required to drive an E3 or client owned
vehicle, you must review this SOP, sign the acknowledgement form and contact E3 Human Resources to complete
the approval process to drive the vehicle.

This policy applies to all employees, whether they are driving a company vehicle, a rental vehicle for company
business, a government furnished vehicle, or a personal operating vehicle (POV) for company business. The
employee cannot drive any of these vehicles until the approval process is complete with E3 Human Resources.

               4 Working and Compensation Policies

               4.1 Workday Hours and Scheduling
E3’s corporate office standard workweek is Monday through Friday. Core business hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Client business hours can vary from client to client. Your workday and workweek may vary depending on your
customer’s requirements. In order to determine your work hours, it is important that you coordinate with your E3
               Manager.

Start and end times are only guidelines, you are required to be present for work during the workday established for
you by your E3 Manager, or by E3 Human Resources.

In case of unplanned conditions, such as inclement weather, that may force a schedule change at the last minute,
you should contact your E3 Manager.

               4.1.1 Overtime
Overtime is commonly referred to as work time expended in excess of an employee’s regularly scheduled hours for
a time period. If we require you to work overtime, every effort will be made to give you advance notice of when this
is necessary, but there may be times when advance notice is not possible. Please work with your E3 Manager to
balance overtime requirements with your personal schedule.

Overtime pay is paid only to non-exempt employees, when work is scheduled, approved, and made known to you in
advance by your E3 Manager. Overtime will be paid to eligible, non-exempt employees in accordance with applicable
               federal, state, and local laws.

Information in this document is proprietary to E3 and should not be discussed with third parties without consent.
Printed copies are uncontrolled and for reference only.
