unapproved timesheets (for instances in which the employee’s  manager cannot verify hours worked) may result
               in one or more of the following:

               Exempt employees - available leave hours may be used to complete the timesheet.

                 Non-Ex empt employees - for instances in which the employee’s manager cannot verify  hours worked, the
               employee will be compensated only for hours recorded and  approved during the time period.

               The standard timesheet periods are from midnight local time on the last calendar day of the  month to midnight on
               the 15th day of the month, and from midnight local time on the 15th day of  the month to midnight on the last
               calendar day of the month. Timesheets must be completed and  signed no later than the close of business of your
               last day worked of each timesheet period.

               Timesheets must be approved no later than 12:00 p.m. on the first working day after the end of the  timesheet
               period by managers or other appropriate person.

               4.6.3   Timekeeping Responsibilities
               It is the responsibility of every employee to obtain an authorization (via email) from your manager, before starting a
               new  assignment, the correct account (charge) number and the maximum amount of time that  may be worked on
               the assignment without additional manager approval.

               Record all hours worked each day to the tenth of an hour (every 6 minutes is a tenth of an  hour) at the end of each
               day in the electronic timekeeping application.

                 57-59 minutes    Round up to next full hour. For example,  you worked 7 hours and 57 minutes you record 8.0 hours.

               Record hours as they are worked and not in advance of the actual performance of the work.

               Sign the timesheet at the end of the timesheet period unless you will be on approved leave  on the last day of the
               pay period, in which case, complete the timecard and sign in advance.

               When prompted by the timekeeping system, employees must ensure that corrections are  properly recorded and
               are supported by a brief explanation using the ‘Comment’ feature of  the electronic timekeeping application.

               Review all corrections made by a manager or other appropriate person in the employee's  absence, and to certify
               that the corrections are accurate.

               4.6.4   Manager Approval
               It is the responsibility of every manager or individual approving time to ensure that his or her employees know and
               understand the procedures contained in this  policy and procedures. Ensure that employees are always aware of
