por el daño �sico o material o pérdida por cualquier causa a personas o bienes, y toda persona que prac�que algún
deporte o u�lice las instalaciones de las áreas comunes, lo hace bajo su propio riesgo y su responsabilidad o bajo la
responsabilidad de los padres o de personas responsables de menores o de servidores.
