                               specific purposes in specific fields/areas of work sponsored by recognized
                               institutions  like  the  Fullbright  Philippine  -  American  Educational
                               Foundation, etc.




                     PROCEDURE (Internal Training)
                           1.  The  DHRD  assistant shall  distribute  to  the  employees the  LNA  Form  for
                              filing up;
                           2.  The  DHRD  assistant shall  collect and  consolidate all  LNA  Forms from all
                               campuses
                           3.  The HRMO shall analyze the result of the assessment (LNA) and tabulate
                               using the excel template.
                           4.  The  HRMO shall  identify trainings to  be conducted  based on the  result of
                              the LNA
                           5.  The  DHRD  assistant shall  receive  the  identified  training  from  the  HRMO
                               and prepare the L&D Plan and secure necessary approvals
                           6.  The HRMO shall  prepare the training  proposal;  identify the  participants to
                              the training and forward to HRDO Staff for routing
                           7.  The  DHRD  support  staff  shall  receive  the  Training  Proposal  from  the
                               HRDO Head and route it for necessary approval
                           8.  The  DHRD  support  staff  shall  receive  the  approved  proposal  and
                               disseminate the training schedule to the concerned offices and personnel.
                           9.  The  DHRD  assistant  shall  prepare  all  necessary  requirements  and
                               logistics needed in the conduct of training
                           10.  Shall tabulate the result of L&D Evaluation
                           11.  The  DHRD  support  staff  shall  prepare  necessary  reports  regarding  the
                               training conducted and seek necessary approvals
                           12.  Shall update training ledger of employee
                           13.  The  DHRD  Assistant  shall  furnish  a  Monitoring  Form  to  the  immediate
                               supervisors of participants.
                           14.  The  DHRD  assistant  shall  retrieve  the  Monitoring  Forms  after  six  (6)
                               months
                           15.  HRMO shall make an analysis on the result of the monitoring conducted.
                           16. The  HRMO  prepares  report  and  makes  further  recommendations  to  be
                               submitted to higher authorities for action


                           PROCEDURE (External Training)

                     Training Recommendation and Dissemination

                           1. HRMO shall receive training invitations from other agencies coursed through
                             the Office of the University President
                          2.  HRMO  shall  make  a  recommendation  on  whom  to  send  for  the  training
                             based  on  the  approved  L&D  Plan  and  forward  to  University  President  for
                             approval.  In  cases  where  there  are  recommendations  that  are  not  based
                            from  the  L&D  Plan,  a  justification  shall  be  presented  to  the  DHRD  for
                             appropriate action
