•   EcoFriend Awards
            The NYAA has been actively involved in the EcoFriend
            Awards,  which  recognise  individuals  in  Singapore
            who  have  made  significant  contributions  to
            sustainability. NYAA Gold Award holders and HSBC-
            NYAA  Youth  Environmental  Award  recipients  have
            been recognised through these awards.



            •   Dialogue on Singapore’s Energy Sector         EcoFriend Award Receipient 2022 with NYAA Gold Award
            NYAA  representatives  attended  the  NUS  Energy   Holders.
            Studies  Institute’s  Dialogue  on  Singapore’s  energy
            sector, focusing on transitioning from oil to natural gas
            for cleaner power generation. This dialogue provided
            insights into Singapore’s efforts to reduce greenhouse
            gas  emissions  and  improve  energy  efficiency.  Ms
            Cassandra Yip, NYAA Gold Award holder played a key
            role in organising the dialogue event.

            •   Earth Day 2022
            NYAA Gold Award holders organised environmental
            projects to commemorate Earth Day 2022, creating
            awareness about environmental sustainability among
            residents  in  housing  estates.  Mr  Calvin  Tan,  NYAA
            Gold Award holder led the Earth Day 2022 project.



            •   Singapore-New Zealand Climate Change and
                 Green Economy Pillar
            NYAA  Executives  participated  in  a  closed-door         Earth Day 2022 Tree Planting Event.
            dialogue  with  Minister  for  Sustainability  and  the
            Environment,  Ms  Grace  Fu,  to  discuss  joint  efforts
            between  Singapore  and  New  Zealand  in  driving
            decarbonisation  and  shaping  the  future  through
            collaboration with the corporate sector.




            •   Pavilion Exhibition@Marina Barrage
            NYAA  representatives  attended  an  exhibition  on
            sustainability  and  reducing  the  built  environment’s   Minister  Grace  Fu  at  the  New  Zealand  Climate  Change
            carbon footprint. This event provided opportunities  Dialogue.
            to  engage  with  experts  and  strengthen  NYAA’s
            sustainability efforts.



            •   GEO Connect Asia 2022
            NYAA Deputy Chairman, Mr Eugene Seah, participated
            as  a  guest  speaker  and  moderator  for  a  panel
            discussion  on  geospatial  technology  and  location
            intelligence solutions, emphasising the role of NYAA
            Gold Award holders in contributing to sustainability
            in the built environment industries.
