launch a Gerontology Programme in primary schools
to promote family bonding and intergenerational
understanding. The program will qualify students for
the Butterfly Award Family Bonding Component.

Former Member of Parliament, Ms Irene Ng,
produced a video presentation on Singapore
Perspective Conference: A Global City, launched at
the IPS Conference. NYAA Gold Award holder Mr
Darren Soh contributed his pictures for the video,
enhancing its visual quality.
• Photography Project at Zhenghua Ward,
Holland-Bukit Timah GRC
NYAA Young Photographers’ Network collaborated
with West Spring Primary School on a photography
project. Students paired with their parents to capture
iconic images of Zhenghua Ward, Holland-Bukit Mr Darren Soh with students of West Spring Primary
Timah GRC. School.
