paying the premium to bring my insurance up to cover
the value of whatever painting I'm sending out to
customers all this time not realising that it’s void anyway
‘cos they don't cover Art. I'd quite like to know why
they've taken my money on the other 132 occasions! I
now have to look for an insurance broker that'll
separately insure the Art when I ship it out. I was pretty
shocked to discover FedEx, UPS, Interlink, Trans global,
Parcel2Go & anyone else I could think of all have the
same policy. Parcels insured UNLESS it’s Art. Doh

OK, clearly today is going to be one of overcoming
obstacles to enable me to resolve problems that are
standing in the way of me winning arguments! GGrrrrrr!
Are any lawyers out there looking for a new client?

OK so according to wonderful new laws introduced by
Off-gem, to make energy bills "easier" E-on, who I am
no longer with, can charge me 27p a day, every day,
indefinitely, backdated 2 quarters, as a 'standing charge'
for the fact that there happens to be a dead gas meter
attached to the building (WTF?!) A building I don't own
and had nothing to do with the building of. Even though
I've never asked for the gas meter, I have told them
specifically, in writing that I don't want it & will never
want it or any gas and even though its capped off and
there's no gas supply and I do not now nor never have I
used any gas at all. Bargain! I think I might invent a
policy where 'customers' who have never received or
ordered any paintings from me will be liable to pay me a
