In some ways, living in a small village is a bind, but in a lot
of ways, village life has Soooooo many advantages and is
SO rewarding! So many friends and such a wealth of
kindness. THANK YOU! Whoever put my bin out!
The council are supposed to be taking it right from my
door and removing al the accumulated stuff but as I’ve
only completed the special assistance for 3 times, emailed
the 4 times and spoken to them on the phone twice
they’re having trouble remembering!

OMG! A HORRIBLE Night/Morning! (& maybe a lesson
learned...)
I felt pretty rough yesterday - not way worse than normal
but one of my bad days rather than 1 of my good days;
High pain levels, nausea, migraine, struggling with the
stairs even more than normal....
I managed to drink plenty of water & steam plenty of veg
for dinner & get to bed with all my usual paraphernalia;
Water in arms reach, a fan to cool me down, an extra
blanket to warm me up.
