So I see Bill Cosby has actually been arrested now. Just
within the nick of time before the statute of limitations
expires. I don’t know for sure if he’s guilty but old sins
cast long shadows

One reason why it can be difficult to go out sometimes is
the noise, heat, light, movement from a crowded pub or
shop can feel torturous.
As we go into the New Year, remember, it is your state of
mind that determines what sort of day you have. So each
morning, look in the mirror and say "Today I will find
something good in this depressingly bleak, relentlessly
arduous nightmare from hell that is my pointless
existence" THAT’S Positive thinking.
