HITTING THE TARGET WITH PROJECT BULL’S EYE

              An exclusive project was launched in Delhi and Mumbai to convert HT readers to
              TOI. This was achieved systematically by collecting valid data base from vendors and
              strategically timing the project-  just before HT renewals were due. The reader was
              approached with a compelling subscription offer for TOI, which they simply could
              not refuse! As a result, we were able to convert a significant number of readers and
              added them to the Times of India reader base.

              RECOGNIZING THE CHAMPIONS OF RMD

              RMD launched its Rewards and Recognition Program for department- aimed at not only
              boosting the teams’ morale but also to induce a spirit of healthy team competitiveness
              and a desire to improve and surpass our own milestones and achievements.  This would
              go a long way, in creating a performance driven culture within RMD.
