s) Enter Passenger Side In: Move the entrance passenger side arm in toward
the vehicle (all the way) and verify that the oval is filled. Adjust the Reed
Switch if necessary.
t) Bit 1, 2, 3 and 4 from POS: Oval should be clear on all 4 and filled when
any of them has a Package selected at the POS.
u) Home the machine from the HMI at the USER/CARRIAGE HOME (see
Input Screen at right) This is the default status with 2 Photo-Eyes
except CARR ENCODER and TIRE PHOTO
12) De-Stroke Arms if Necessary
De-Stroked Arms will require Bumper Extensions. Keep in mind that the entrance and exit arms have different
components. The entrance arms use Entrance Cylinder Stops (part #7300) and the exit arms use Exit Cylinder Stops
(part # 7340). Both entrance and exit use Posi-Stops (part #7310). See images below for identification.
