Chapter 4 Frame and Carriage Assembly

Optional Deluxe Boom

Installing the Wheel Cleaner Accessory Kit
1) Locate the following items.

Boom Bushings
(12 halves)
Hydraulic Hose
(25 feet) 12 each
• 1/4-20 x 4” socket head fasteners
• 1/4” flat washers
• 1/4” lock nuts

2 each
• 1/4-20 x 3” socket head fasteners
• 1/4” flat washers
Boom Tube Clamps • 1/4” lock nuts
(2 halves) PVC Snap
Clamp

1. Secure the above components to the wall side of the Deluxe Boom as shown below.

2 each
• 1/4-20 x 3” socket head fasteners
• 1/4” flat washers
• 1/4” lock nuts
PVC Snap Clamp fits around the Hydraulic Hose
before Boom Tube Clamp is secured into place

2 each per Detail Plate
• 1/4-20 x 4” socket head fasteners
• 1/4” flat washers
• 1/4” lock nuts
Nuts and washers go behind the Detail Plates of the Boom See text
box below

2. Repeat the above process on the carriage side of the Deluxe Boom at the locations shown below. Once the
PVC Snap Clamp has been clamped onto the hose, slide it back and forth making sure it never completely
leaves the slide bushings.

2 each per Detail Plate
• 1/4-20 x 4” socket head fasteners
• 1/4” flat washers
• 1/4” lock nuts
