Utility Connections
Chemical and Air Connections for a Pair of Foam Bullets ™
At this point, the Foam Bullets™ have been secured in place on the equipment and the Chemical and
Compressed Air Delivery System should be in place and operational. For the purpose of this manual,
the Belanger® MixStir® Chemical Delivery System will be used to show how to connect the Chemical
Solution and Compressed Air to a pair of Foam Bullets™.
Note: If using the MixStir® Chemical Delivery Device it is recommended that it be installed as close to the
Foam Bullets™ as possible to ensure optimal performance.
Note: A minimum of a 3/8” diameter airline is required for the Compressed Air Feed and the Chemical
Solution Feed when supplying a pair of Foam Bullets™.
1) Replace the 1/4” elbow fitting on the MixStir® Regulator with the supplied 3/8” elbow fitting.
2) Insert the 1/2" x 3/8” push in tube straight reducer into the outlet port of the Flo-Jet Pump on
the MixStir® Air Panel

3) Locate the supplied 3/8” airline. The black
airline will be used for Compressed Air
and the clear airline will be used for the

Supplied 3/8” Elbow 4) Run the Compressed Air Line Feed from
Fitting to replace the Pneumatic Regulator on the MixStir®
current fitting
out to the center of the equipment where
the Foam Bullets™ are attached.
Pneumatic 5) Run the Chemical Solution Airline Feed
Regulator from the Pump on the MixStir® out to the
Flo-Jet center of the equipment where the Foam
Pump Bullets™ are attached.
6) Turn on the MixStir® to verify that the
chemical is getting out to the bay and to
flush out any unwanted debris that may
be in the airline.
7) Connect the Chemical Solution and
Connect Clear Airline Compressed Air Main Feed Lines to the
for Chemical Solution field supplied Tee Fittings.
