Utility Connections
Chemical and Air Connections for a Set of Three Foam Bullets ™
At this point, the Foam Bullets™ have been secured in place on the equipment and the Chemical and
Compressed Air Delivery System should be in place and operational. For the purpose of this manual,
the Belanger® MixStir® Chemical Delivery System will be used to show how to connect the Chemical
Solution and Compressed Air to a set of three (3) Foam Bullets™.
Note: If using the MixStir® Chemical Delivery Device it is recommended that it be installed as close to the
Foam Bullets™ as possible to ensure optimal performance.
Note: A minimum of a 1/2” diameter airline is required for the Compressed Air Feed and the Chemical
Solution Feed when supplying to three Foam Bullets™.
1) Replace the 1/4” elbow fitting on the MixStir® Regulator with the supplied 1/2” elbow fitting.
2) Locate the supplied 1/2” airlines. The black airline will be used for Compressed Air and the
clear airline will be used for the Chemical Solution.

chemical is getting out to the bay and to
flush out any unwanted debris that may
be in the airline.
6) Connect the Chemical Solution and
Compressed Air Main Feed Lines to the
Connect Clear Airline supplied 1/2” x 3/8” three-way divider
for Chemical Solution fittings.
