Utility Connections
Chemical and Air Connections for a Pair of Foam Bullets™
Note: The images in this section will show Foam Bullets™ on the Top Wheel being connected to the
Chemical Delivery System. However, the following steps can be used when installing the Foam
Bullets™ on any tunnel equipment.
8) Measure the distance from the Tee Fitting to the fitting on the Foam Bullets™. Be sure to add
a few inches to the measurement to have slack in the airline so the Foam Bullets™ can be
adjusted. Cut the airlines to the appropriate length.
9) Connect the black airlines for the Compressed Air to the tee and run these lines along the
frame and connect them to the Foam Bullets™, refer to the image below.
Helpful Hint
Be sure to cut all of the airlines to the same length to ensure even distribution of the chemical solution to each of the Foam Bullets.

10) Connect the clear airlines for the Chemical Solution to the tee and run these lines along the
frame and connect them to the Foam Bullets™, refer to the image above.
11) Turn on the MixStir®, make sure that the solution is spraying out of the Foam Bullets™
properly.
